Welcome to Rochford Bowling Club
The club is located just outside the market town of Rochford with easy road access and ample free parking. The modern clubhouse with fully licensed bar was opened in 2000 and built with the help of lottery funding. The 6 rink green and land are leased from the council with the clubhouse owned by the members. The green maintenance is carried out by an outside contractor paid for and under the full control of the membership.
The club is open to both sexes and all ages and abilities are welcome. The outdoor season starts at the end of April and runs until the end of September. We are open 7 days a week during this period for social bowling providing informal sessions (roll ups) and regular friendly matches against local clubs. For those of a more competitive nature there are various leagues, local, county and national competitions available.
